Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time
Central Florida

Conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and schools.

  • BCBA certification (current)
  • FL licensure or ability to obtain
  • 1+ years clinical experience
  • Strong supervision and communication skills

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-Time / Part-Time
Central Florida

Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support children in home and school settings.

  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain (we will train)
  • High school diploma required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passion for working with children

Behavior Technician (Entry Level)

Part-Time
Central Florida

Start your career in ABA therapy. Work directly with children while earning your RBT certification. Flexible scheduling available.

  • No prior experience required — we provide full RBT training
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Pass background check

Administrative Coordinator

Full-Time
Central Florida

Support day-to-day clinic operations, coordinate scheduling, handle insurance communications, and assist families through the intake process.

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Proficiency with scheduling software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare admin preferred
