Conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and schools.
- BCBA certification (current)
- FL licensure or ability to obtain
- 1+ years clinical experience
- Strong supervision and communication skills
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-Time / Part-TimeLocation: Central Florida
Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support children in home and school settings.
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain (we will train)
- High school diploma required

Behavior Technician (Entry Level)
Part-TimeLocation: Central Florida
Start your career in ABA therapy. Work directly with children while earning your RBT certification. Flexible scheduling available.
- No prior experience required — we provide full RBT training

Administrative Coordinator
Full-TimeLocation: Central Florida
Support day-to-day clinic operations, coordinate scheduling, handle insurance communications, and assist families through the intake process.
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency with scheduling software
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare admin preferred
